Tools for Pandemic Contact Tracing and Management

Covid-19 Contact Tracing

Is a tool for that can be used by health agencies, NGOs and institution to communicate with and track persons that have been confirmed as having contracted COVID-19 (Cases). The tool can also be used to track people (Contacts) that have been in proximity with Cases for a persistent amount of time without taking adequate percussions, such as social distancing and/or lack of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including face masks.

The tool has been designed to work as an App with IOS and Android powered smartphones and mobile devices and has also been implemented on a website.

The front end of both implementations is public facing where Cases and Contacts (CnCs) are persistently being asked predetermined questions to help monitor health and symptoms. These questionnaires are customizable by the institution conducting the tracing function. Both implementations (web and APP) have a common backend, allowing the tracing institution to support any Case or Contact, via one User Interface (UI). Cases and Contacts answers are collected by a backend module for integration into Case Management Systems, if desired, via the use of Application Programming Interface (API) or for further analysis. The Backend tool can be customized to take further action based on responses from CnCs, such as alerting case workers and/or prompting the system to further interact with CnCs via other questionnaires, alerts and notifications.

Return to Workforce

Return to Work Testing to Re-Invigorate the Economy (ReWire) is a platform that can integrate the different phases of a COVID-19 testing regiment into a cohesive and easy to follow process, for all stakeholders, regardless of the rigorous and iterative testing and verification regime overarching authorities may impose.

ReWire will have a presence at each touchpoint of the testing process, regardless of the institution, stakeholder or system. Throughout the entire process PII, HIPAA and privacy information will be safeguarded and protected by avoiding the use of privacy data when possible and using encryption technology as an overarching data shield.

The different touchpoints throughout the testing process have been designed to be flexible for customization when required and for ease of use by the various stakeholders and/or systems.

The following are the envisioned stages of the testing process that will require a ReWire System touchpoint.

Registration/Enrollment: the worker desiring to re-enter the labor market will be required to register into the ReWire System simply with a web browser. Once registered the worker will fill out an online form required by his/her soon be re-employer or new employer. During the web session the work can also schedule the COVID-19 test with the appropriate clinic or laboratory.

Vaccination

The Vaccination module is a tool that can be used by health agencies, NGOs and institution to communicate with persons that are candidates for being vaccinated via follow up alerts and notifications of upcoming events such as registration and appointments. Furthermore, the tool can provide additional reminder alerts to persons that have been vaccinated, of the additional dosage appointment date. The tool can also be used to monitor for post-vaccination symptoms and side effects.

The tool has been designed to work as an App with IOS and Android powered smartphones and mobile devices and has also been implemented on a website.

Both implementations (web and APP) have a common backend, allowing the vaccine providing institution to support the vaccine patient, regardless of their preferred communication modality, via one User Interface (UI).
